Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legislative obligations regarding workplace health and safety and maintain related certifications.
  • Update Risk Assessment Documents (DVR, DUVRI).
  • Identify and implement protection and prevention measures, promoting continuous improvement of safety standards.
  • Manage mandatory and voluntary HSEQ training, as well as onboarding training for new hires.
  • Ensure the implementation of Group improvement programs and HSE policies through close collaboration with Group functions.
  • Draft safety procedures and implement prevention programs.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits (Safety, Environment, Quality, GMP, Halal cosmetics).
  • Guarantee a proper waste management.
  • Ensure legislative compliance regarding Fire Prevention and Seveso requirements.
  • Maintain a Management of Change (MOC) system.
  • Register plants and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manage PPE, workwear, and safety devices.
  • Promote EHS culture within the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze accidents and occupational diseases.
  • Manage relations with Company Doctor
Requirements
  • University or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Proven experience in EHSQ and management systems.
  • RSPP qualification
  • Sound knowledge of English (C1)
  • Knowledge of Seveso Directive provisions is a plus
  • Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, results-oriented, ability to delegate, precision, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability or predisposition to coordinate people both hierarchically and functionally.
Additional information

Contract type: permanent employment, "Quadro" category of the National Collective Labour Agreement for the chemical industry
