We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping our members with online banking, mobile deposit, Zelle, and more. Job Description
  • Administer online banking, e-bill pay, mobile banking, mobile deposit, Zelle, ATM deposit review, Self Service Kiosks deposit review, telephone banking, and incoming/outgoing mail services.
  • Communicate with vendors for service requests, testing, and support for frontline.
  • Correct errors and work with Accounting to clear rejected items.
  • Generate and review related reports.
  • Report all suspected fraudulent activity to supervisor for immediate review.
  • Verify accuracy of outgoing wires and ensure compliance with OFAC regulations.
  • Verify and post incoming wire transfers to member accounts and general ledgers using FedLine and TranZact.
  • Maintain and track wire transfer files.
  • Report suspicious activity to supervisor or BSA for immediate review.
  • Coordinate with frontline on reported ATM issues, open service tickets, and work with system reports.
  • Ensure ATM cash availability and coordinate inventory and maintenance with vendors.
  • Inspect ATMs for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Address all related disputes.
  • Oversee back office scanning and retention of paper and electronic records.
  • Implement and manage document destruction processes in accordance with state and federal retention regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field, particularly with remote services such as online banking, mobile banking, and ATM management.
  • Experience with wire transfers, fraud detection, and processing transactions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using banking systems (e.g., Symitar, TranZact, Teller Image Capture).
  • Familiarity with remote banking technologies, including mobile deposit, e-bill pay, Zelle, and self-service kiosks.
  • Knowledge of financial industry regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), USA Patriot Act, OFAC, and Fair Lending Regulations.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to compliance standards for remote banking services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and members.
  • Ability to provide clear support to frontline staff and assist with troubleshooting issues.
