Responsibilities
  • Own the responsibility of project lifecycles management and related work‑streams daily:
  • Structures and manages teams and assigns roles to multiple streams
  • Designs complex deliverables in persuasive manner
  • Develops new insights into client issues
  • Builds trust with client line management and senior people; and manages daily relationships
  • Ensure the success of projects considering timing, functional requirements, and business benefits
  • Contribute to Business Development and Sales cycle management for ERP opportunities
  • You will be in charge of the delivery of ERP projects and the management of the Engagement
  • You will support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process.
Requirements
  • Graduated (master’s degree) in Information Science or Engineering from Top University/Business School
  • With at least 6+ year experience in ERP Consulting or as internal ERP Manager/Project Manager
  • Fluent in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus)
  • Client‑oriented work ethic with excellent international team working abilities
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation and client‑facing skills, both in Italian and in English
  • Able and available to travel up to 60‑70% of the time.
