A fast-growing software company is seeking a VP Sales - Enterprise to lead their enterprise go-to-market strategy. This role involves building scalable sales playbooks, coaching teams, and executing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven record in closing complex deals, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment and competitive compensation in Milan or London.

Competenze

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, including leadership of AE teams.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (€50K+ ACV).
  • Experience in multi-product, post-acquisition, or platform environments is a strong plus.

Mansioni

  • Build and scale enterprise sales playbooks.
  • Lead and coach AE teams on enterprise sales.
  • Close strategic enterprise deals as a player-coach.
  • Align GTM motions with product positioning and pricing.
