We are seeking a dedicated Italian and English-Speaking Customer Support Agent to represent world-leading brands across diverse, fast-paced industries including Tech, Travel, Automotive, and Social Media.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Multilingual Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing friendly, effective, and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem Solver: Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot product/service inquiries across multiple industry platforms.
  • Brand Advocate: Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, building positive relationships that reflect positively on our international clients.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and solutions using our CRM and internal systems.

Minimum Requirements
