A leading multinational company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist in Italy to support the Country EXR team. This full-time role includes significant travel throughout Italy and involves driving employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Italian and English, and experience in employee relations or labor law. The Employee Relations Specialist (ERS) is an important role within the EU EXR (Employee Experience and Relations) Field organization, supporting the Country EXR team. This position assists in driving ER activities and initiatives across both under the roof (UTR) and on the road (OTR) operational business lines within a specific country geography. The primary focus is to support Employee Relations Manager (ERM) operational excellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs of the country.
The ERS works closely with Ops, DSPM and other key in‑country stakeholders to support the execution of the country‑specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting ERM in the implementation of strategies to address country labour relations challenges for business lines. The ERS provides labour relations support by collaborating with operational teams to advance company objectives.
The position reports to the Senior Employee Relations Manager, within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team at Amazon. This is a full‑time position that will require significant travel throughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice.
