This role involves innovating motor components, performing mechanical analysis, and ensuring high standards in design and manufacturability. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and knowledge of 3D modeling is required. Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus, with opportunities for innovation in design and collaboration with suppliers.
