Role Summary

Early Years Teaching Assistant Immediate Start

The International School of Milan is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team immediately.

As an IB continuum school (PYP‑MYP‑DP) we welcome applications from candidates with IB experience though this is not essential. The role requires a commitment to high standards nurturing relationships and a passion for supporting the development of young learners. Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is essential.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant
• Experience supporting children aged 25 (must be clearly indicated in CV and cover letter)
• Passion for inclusive play‑based and student‑centred learning
• A caring and collaborative approach to supporting childrens development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Recent experience successfully working in an Early Years setting as a Teaching Assistant
• Enthusiasm and passion for supporting young learners with the ability to inspire curiosity and confidence
• A high standard of spoken and written English
• Residing in Milan with the right to work in Italy
