E-Commerce Photo Coordinator

At Diesel Headquarter, located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a E-Commerce Photo Coordinator responsible for all the photography activities in the Diesel Photo Studio. He/she will report to the Commercial Content Producer.
The E-commerce Photo Coordinator has a keen eye for photography standards for improvement, maintains brand standards for all studio-based photography, and ensures that team members are trained and consistently adhere to set and brand standards. He/she will support the following Production: E-Commerce shoot (on the model and still life), Virtual showroom, Commercial content for Social Media Channels (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, etc.), editorial projects.
The E-commerce Photo Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the photography equipment, assisting in handling repairs, maintaining well-organized equipment storage, packing equipment for offsite shoots, fulfilling rental requests, and assisting with Studio IT issues. In addition, he/she works closely with the photographers, digital techs, producers, and vendors to facilitate daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of prepping and organizing all imagery for daily sets, and also for technical guidelines for the e-Commerce shoot
  • Responsible for reviewing retouching quality and ensuring Diesel standards are met for both Still Life and On model imagery and within agreed deadlines
  • Maintain brand standards for all in-studio photography and videography
  • Project manage asset post-production: manage the retouching team, edit, file-naming
  • Tracking of all imagery uploads and outcomes
  • Being the to-go person and the primary reference for Diesel IT partner (e.g. Hyphen) in managing the photographic workflow
  • Set up and break down lighting equipment when needed
  • Photo equipment inventory and maintenance, managing photo studio supplies
  • Tracking and organizing the photo sets and studio equipment
  • Assist in handling repairs and troubleshooting equipment
  • Support the Production team with rental requests
  • Purchase supplies and keep supply budget current
  • Play a crucial role in any activity produced in-house, with a strong focus on e-Commerce and Virtual ShowRoom shoots
  • Support the rest of the production team when needed (Lookbook production, sell-in assets production, etc.)
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Eye for design, clean + sophisticated aesthetic, and strong interest in fashion
