Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.**About The Role**The Director of Bars is responsible for leading, overseeing, and strategizing the beverage operations across all bars, lounges, and rooftop outlets within the property. This senior role ensures the delivery of an exceptional beverage experience that aligns with Four Seasons’ standards of service, quality, and innovation.You will develop and implement beverage strategies, supervise daily bar operations, mentor bar managers and staff, curate innovative cocktail and spirit programs, and oversee the overall beverage culture within the hotel.
