Sky Italia is looking for a Digital Product Owner/Manager to join the Innovation & Customer Digital Channels team, responsible for the development and evolution of digital channels (Web Self Care, My Sky App & Customer Support).
What you’ll do:
- Lead the definition and evolution of the digital channels roadmap within an Agile framework, from ideation to release of new features aimed at improving customer engagement and reducing operational costs.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog, balancing time-to-market, customer value, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Care, Technology, UX/UI, Analytics) to ensure consistency and impact across the customer journey and KPIs.
- Monitor channel performance (adoption, upselling, call diversion, FOC, NPS, etc.) and turn quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable improvements.
- Coordinate usability testing and bug fixing activities to ensure the best customer experience.
- Contribute to the definition of Sky’s digital strategy, supporting engagement growth and cost reduction.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital products in Product Owner/Product Manager roles, preferably in Telco, Media, Streaming, or digital services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to read and interpret digital KPIs, analytics, and market insights.
- Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Desired soft skills: ownership, proactivity, negotiation skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, or UX/UI principles.
- Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies.
