Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Insights & Positioning
- Web Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze digital market trends and competitor activities to identify key insights.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify product or service positioning opportunities through deep‑dive analysis of the digital landscape.
- Value Proposition Strategy: Define and strategize how to communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to target audiences.
- Business Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure all communication efforts align with overall business goals.
Communication Evolution & Brand Strategy
- Brand Identity & Governance: Elevate the company’s tone of voice and visual presence. Responsible for the creation, update, and enforcement of the Company Profile and official Brand Guidelines.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high‑impact content (copy, visuals, video), with the ability to explore generative AI tools as a support.
- Creative Supervision: Lead the production of all marketing collateral (sales kits, brochures, digital assets) ensuring a premium and modern aesthetic in line with corporate standards.
Digital Ecosystem & Demand Generation
- Optimize the corporate website (CMS) and social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) to drive engagement.
- Digital Campaigns & Geomarketing: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and geomarketing campaigns, including paid advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, as well as CRM and email marketing automation.
- Data Insights: Utilize analytics and data tools to monitor KPIs, predict trends, and optimize campaign performance.
Events & Agency Coordination
- Trade Shows & Fairs: Direct the strategic organization of local and international events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience from booth layout to on‑site execution.
- Branches & Partner Brand Alignment: Act as a guardian of the brand by supporting domestic and international partners & branches to ensure that Angelo Po Guidelines are correctly reflected in their showrooms, local events, and social media presence.
- Stakeholder Management: Brief and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet the company’s evolving digital and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing & Communication, preferably in international environments.
- Strategic Tools: Deep knowledge of corporate communication tools, including the development of Company Profiles and the implementation of global Brand Guidelines.
- AI Literacy: Curiosity and openness toward AI tools, with an interest in understanding how they can support and enhance marketing workflows.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in CMS (WordPress/Shopify), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and Google Analytics/Matomo.
- Creative Suite: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and/or Canva.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English. French or Spanish are considered a plus.
- Other Skills: Strategic thinker, autonomous project manager, and a keen eye for emerging digital trends.
