Tech Leader

We are looking for a Tech Leader with experience and a desire to take on new challenges to help expand our technical team. The ideal candidate is someone capable of demonstrating leadership in both Software Development and AI Engineering.

Required competences:

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.)
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Security & Networking: IAM, VPN, Firewall, SSL, Secrets Management
• Supporting Languages: Python, Bash, YAML
• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, DevSecOps
• Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform

The ideal candidate should meet the following requests:

• Combining software development skills with solid system administration expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Experienced in working within Agile / Scrum environments, promoting automation, monitoring, and end-to-end security practices to improve software reliability and release speed.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible, with a strong focus on cloud-native environments on AWS.
