ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Kerten Hospitality Development across Italy, with a focus on hotels and branded residences.
- Identify and secure new opportunities in key Italian destinations.
- Manage the full development cycle, from lead generation and feasibility to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Support the preparation and negotiation of management, franchising, and branded residence agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, developers, and key local partners in Italy.
- Support branded residence projects, working with partners on concept positioning and value creation.
- Conduct high-level market and financial feasibility assessments to support expansion decisions.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams on tailored pitches and business plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Italian hospitality and residential markets.
- Represent Kerten Hospitality at industry events and act as a brand ambassador in Italy.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of the Italian hospitality development and investment markets.
- Proven experience working with hotel management agreements, including commercial terms and key legal covenants.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Italian required.
