A manufacturing company in the Camerana, Piemonte area is seeking a Deputy Site Manager available for travel to support the Site Manager in the technical and operational management of industrial plant activities. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, strong leadership skills, and a technical diploma in engineering. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, with a willingness to travel throughout Italy.

Competenze

• At least 3 years’ experience as Deputy Site Manager, preferably in plant engineering.
• Experience in industrial piping, carpentry, mechanical systems, or industrial assembly.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country.

He/she will collaborate with technicians, workers, subcontractors, and project management, ensuring the daily coordination of the site and the execution of the work in accordance with company standards and current regulations.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Safety training courses (Supervisor, PES/PAV, site coordination)
• At least 3 years’ previous experience as Deputy Site Manager, preferably in the plant engineering or metalworking sector.
• Experience in managing contracts in sectors such as industrial piping, carpentry, mechanical/thermomechanical systems, or industrial assembly.
• Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country.
