A leading Global Beauty Group is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join their team in Milan. You will be responsible for shaping and aligning global demand plans while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the beauty sector, and is fluent in both Italian and English. • Lead local S & OP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Prepare and communicate product forecasts to Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure alignment between commercial and demand plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Deliver reporting and analysis on key KPIs.
