A leading decarbonization solutions provider is seeking a Delivery Engineer based in Italy. This role involves feasibility assessments, project setup, maintenance, and may require up to 20% travel. Ideal candidates have a technical background in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in IoT or BMS. Proficiency in Italian and a good knowledge of English are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IoT and/or BMS and/or Energy Management System.
• Knowledge of the most common field protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.).
• Knowledge of BMS programming considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform feasibility assessments of new projects, including technical requirements checks.
• Configure EDGE devices and onboard datapoints from sensors.
• Maintain project systems with periodic data checks and updates.

Job Description: Delivery Engineer, Europe (based remotely)

Responsibilities:
Feasibility assessment of new project, that include:
o Check technical requirements of EnOS products with building asset
o Draw technical solution

Setup EnOS projects, including:
o Configuration of EDGE device
o Onboard datapoints from sensors and BMS
o Check data correctness
o Configuration of device mapping and alarm
o Configuration of front-end view
o Final check and project validation

Project maintenance
o Periodical check of collected data
o Deep technical investigation in case of alarm and abnormal values
o Proposing updates of the system to the supervisor

Up to 20% travel required in Italy


Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical background. A Degree in Engineering is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IoT and/or BMS and/or Energy Management System is required.
- Understanding of network configurations and system integration
- Basic knowledge of command-line tools (e.g., SSH) for system setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the most common field protocols (Modbus, BACnet, …)
- Knowledge of BMS programming is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming for customization and automation tasks (e.g., Python, Lua, JavaScript or similar) Is considered a plus
- Efficient in Office suite
- Italian mother-tongue
- Good knowledge of English
