Overview

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a talented Media Buyer / Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in managing performance-based campaigns. You will work closely with our Senior Data Analyst and Marketing Manager, supporting the definition and execution of paid acquisition strategies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creating advanced reports, ensuring that every marketing decision is driven by solid, measurable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to meet and exceed defined KPIs.
  • Implement and manage event and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Deeply analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize the conversion funnel.
  • Create and maintain dynamic and intuitive reporting dashboards using Google Looker Studio to provide a clear view of results to management.
  • Process and analyze complex data using Google Sheets and Excel at an advanced level to support exploratory analysis and modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate business objectives into effective and measurable media buying strategies.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in campaign performance, proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Stay constantly updated on new technologies, platforms, and best practices in the world of performance marketing and data analysis.
  • Promote a culture based on data, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with proven experience in implementing complex tracking setups.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, and large-scale data analysis.
  • Direct and demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Google Looker Studio, for creating effective dashboards.
  • Experience with user behavior analytics platforms like Mixpanel.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier and data integration tools like Supermetrics will be considered a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for interpreting data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
