A leading customer service provider in Italy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish and English. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through their purchases. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience in customer service. Salary is 1700 EUR gross per month with potential for hybrid work after 6 months.

Are you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
  • Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
What You Bring
  • Spanish – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
Salary & Benefits
