Find out more at www.rockwool.com/it/**This is the role*** Accurately process customer orders in SAP: validate products, quantities and lead times.* Apply pricing policy in coordination with Sales and prepare quotations for special requests.* Check product availability with factories and suppliers and trigger order preparation.* Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and third‑party providers.* Manage claims, credit requests and documentation (filing and archiving).* Support accounts receivable by following up on payments when requested.* Respond to customer and internal enquiries (availability, lead times, pricing, documentation, samples).* Perform weekly invoice/credit checks and contribute to monthly order‑portfolio and account close.* Visit customers to build relationships and support local business.* Participate in Group projects and continuous improvement initiatives.**Requirements:**· 3 + years’ of customer service experience in a similar role.· Proficiency in SAP.· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.· Customer focus, problem solving and result-orientation.· Effective cross-functional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.· Fluent in Italian and English**What we offer**Full‑time fixed‑term employment contract (12 months).
