Customer Service Representative – Multilingual | Remote within Greece + Relocation Support

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a global customer support team serving an international client. Multiple start dates are available, and we offer remote work within Greece and a full relocation package for candidates coming from abroad.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent service experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handling inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and technical issues

  • Providing clear, accurate, and professional solutions

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Escalating complex cases when needed

  • Working in an international, fast-paced environment

Languages We Are Hiring For

Chinese (Simplified), Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish

Requirements
  • Native or fluent level in one of the required languages (C1/C2)

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment

  • EU passport or valid EU work permit

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (if based abroad)
