We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a global customer support team serving an international client. Multiple start dates are available, and we offer remote work within Greece and a full relocation package for candidates coming from abroad.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent service experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
Handling inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and technical issues
Providing clear, accurate, and professional solutions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Escalating complex cases when needed
Working in an international, fast-paced environment
If you speak one of the following languages, we want to hear from you:
Chinese (Simplified), Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish
Native or fluent level in one of the required languages (C1/C2)
Good level of English (minimum B2)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
EU passport or valid EU work permit
Willingness to relocate to Greece (if based abroad)
Full‑time, stable employment contract
