A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to manage installations and maintenance of Healthcare Diagnostic equipment in the Puglia and Basilicata regions. The ideal candidate must have a background in Electronic Engineering, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel extensively. This role will involve both customer service and technical responsibilities in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Puglia and Basilicata regions, and you will be responsible to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Nuclear Medicine and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.

Your role
  • You will have a customer’s face-to-face relationship.
  • You will ensure complete execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned assets.
  • You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.
  • You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
  • You will report in a timely manner all potential issues to the dedicated Complaint Unit.
Your expertise
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Resident in Puglia or Basilicata.
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in Electronics.
  • Digital Healthcare general knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Windows, Excel, Word knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
  • Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
