A leading automotive supplier in Piemonte is seeking a Customer Quality Manager to oversee customer quality activities, ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, experience in a similar role, and Six Sigma certification. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with customers to drive quality satisfaction and improvements.

Competenze

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification or higher.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of German is considered a plus.

About the team

We are seeking a highly qualified Customer Quality Manager to lead the entire Customer Quality area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality standards.


What you can expect as Cutomer Quality Manager:

  • Manage and oversee all customer quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Implement and maintain APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plan processes.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Train and lead the customer quality team, promoting a collaborative and quality-focused work environment.


Your Profile as Cutomer Quality Manager:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification or higher.
  • In-depth knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of German is considered a plus.
  • Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
