About the role
As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will be the critical link between our sales teams and customers at the point of sale. This is where the majority of our advertising and promotional investments generate impact. Shoppers’ buying behavior is influenced by what they encounter in-store, often across multiple brands. Your role will be to understand customer and shopper needs clearly, working closely with sales and other marketing teams to design and deploy effective programs and tools that maximize our brands’ performance at retail.
You will manage direct relationships with clients, suppliers, and agencies to execute the trade calendar precisely. For key strategic clients, customizing programs and tools to meet their specific needs and enhance their market differentiation will be vital.
Role Responsibilities:
About you
Master Degree in economics or similar.
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or sales roles.
Strong ability to build trustful, respectful relationships with customers and partners.
Skill in identifying and defining growth drivers together with marketing teams to enable successful in‑store activations.
Solid background collaborating with brands, consumers, shopping behaviors, and external agencies.
High personal accountability and drive for excellent performance.
Deep FMCG understanding from end to end, with strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
