We’re looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to support the implementation and execution of our CRM & Clienteling roadmap across brands and regions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams to deliver data‑driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.

What you’ll do:
  • Execute CRM and marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and clienteling channels.
  • Manage audience segmentation, data accuracy, and customer database quality.
  • Support the setup and operation of the Clienteling App and Personal Shopper programs.
  • Track campaign KPIs and identify actionable opportunities to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent omnichannel experiences.
  • Contribute to CRM reporting, dashboards, and best practices documentation.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, or e‑commerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized, with a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage.
