A leading global ratings agency based in Milano is looking for CREDit Program Analysts for a two-year graduate training program starting in September 2026. This role involves conducting credit analysis, evaluating organizations' creditworthiness, and collaborating with teams. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills and be completing their undergraduate degree by August 2026. Our CREDit Graduate Program is a two-year training and development opportunity with our next intake joining us in September 2026. CREDit Program Analysts are hired for a specific practice; however you are expected to transition between practices as dictated by business your first year CREDit analysts focus on acquiring skills and knowledge from your home your second year CREDit analysts gain exposure to other practices through a mix of classroom training and small projects or short-term secondments. All analysts combine practical work experience with the completion of a relevant qualification. For example this could be the CFA.
Corporates and Infrastructure: All practices provide amazing opportunities and in Corporates and Infrastructure the largest practice covering 1200 issuers only in EMEA they are multifold. You will see companies from different sectors ranging from consumer products you use in your life to very niche producers of unique machinery all spread among nine brilliant teams who collectively rate several trillion dollars of debt. You will analyze all aspects of the companies business to understand key business risks as well as create cash flow projections to understand key financial risks. You will meet the management of the companies you follow and investors from international banks and asset management firms who will be interested to see the results of YOUR analysis.
