The Creative Project Manager is responsible for cross‑platform creative concept ideation, data‑driven variation testing, and beginning‑to‑end production for all ads for paid social. Working with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal.

Responsibilities
  • Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms
  • Briefing the creative team (Producers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end
  • Understanding key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high‑impact, data‑driven variations
  • Working creatively and analytically in a fast‑growing business
  • Providing feedback to the creative team
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborating on market research projects
Requirements
  • Previous experience with digital media campaigns
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Understanding of key social media trends
