What you'll be doing

As a Creative Director you will play a key role in shaping Satispay’s visual identity and scaling our design output being the creative guide of our company. This is a high‑impact role that combines aesthetic vision hands‑on design and an unwavering attention to detail. You will be the ultimate guardian of our product’s look and feel ensuring every touchpoint is flawless and aligned with our brand’s essence.

Working closely with our Chief Growth Officer, our Chief Product Officer and the Founders your mission is to translate our established brand strategy into a world‑class and impactful aesthetic.

This is an opportunity to lead within a high‑growth constantly evolving environment – a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something bigger.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarding the Brand Aesthetic. Owning and evolving Satispay’s visual identity across all channels. You will be the go‑to person for ensuring everything we produce – from the app interface to major advertising campaigns – is visually stunning and cohesive.

• Translating Vision into Visuals. Transforming our brand soul into memorable creative assets. You’ll turn concepts into top‑tier campaigns communications and experiences that resonate with our users.

• Elevating the Product Experience. Acting as the primary sparring partner for the Product team. Your input will be crucial in ensuring our app’s aesthetic is not only functional but also consistently excellent delightful and innovative.

• Directing High‑Impact Projects. Leading the creative direction for our most ambitious projects such as TV and social media campaigns by managing and guiding the best external agencies to deliver outstanding work.

• Mentoring Creative Talent. Inspiring guiding and supervising our in‑house team of 5 designers and copywriters. You’ll provide a clear creative vision and targeted feedback that helps our talent grow and excel.

• Championing Creativity. Presenting justifying and defending creative choices to key stakeholders including founders and top management with passion and clarity.

You will lead and mentor high‑performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors. You will lead by example combining ambition with purpose, drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.

Key Qualifications

• A Master of Aesthetics. You have proven and significant experience as a Creative Director with a portfolio that showcases a strong point of view and deep expertise in graphic design.

• Hands‑On Design Excellence. You are a creator at heart and you can guide others to achieve the same level of excellence.

• A Digital‑First Mindset. You possess a deep understanding of the digital world and have a clear vision for what our app needs to look and feel like to be not only functional but also aesthetically memorable.

• Constructive Creative Leadership. You have excellent communication skills and know how to articulate feedback constructively to motivate and inspire a team to deliver their best work.

• Product Design Affinity. You have a strong sensibility for digital products and experience in that area is a plus.

• Language Skills. Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus but not mandatory.
