Couple Experiences Manager
Tuscany, Italy – Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities
Couple Care & Communication
- Be the primary point of contact for couples before and during their 3‑day event.
- Ensure they feel supported, informed, and calm throughout the experience.
- Manage final details and confirmations (timelines, menus, logistics).
- Guide couples through our wedding package and set clear, kind expectations.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and make sure they always feel seen, safe, and cared for.
- Support the flow of each day and check in with guests as needed.
Finalization & Light Planning
- Clarify the final details — not heavy planning, as our package is fixed.
- Make sure all information is complete and correct before the event starts.
- Answer emails and maintain clear, warm communication with couples leading up to their wedding.
- Set up video calls with the couple to finalize the details before their arrival.
- Prepare the event folders and timelines for staff before the wedding arrives.
Cross‑Department Coordination
- Communicate all event details to kitchen, bar, cleaning, maintenance, drivers, farm, and admin.
- Ensure each team has the correct, updated information.
- Follow up on tasks, updates, and last‑minute changes.
Hands‑On Support When Needed
- Step in during busy moments to support the team, giving a quick hand to keep the flow.
- Lead by example with a willingness to jump in — no task is “above” or “below” you when the couple needs things to run smoothly.
- Stay flexible and solution‑oriented during the fast‑paced moments of a wedding day.
Operational Support During Events
- Oversee the flow of the wedding days and support staff on‑site.
- Solve unexpected issues with calmness and professionalism.
- Ensure the couple and guests have a seamless, stress‑free experience.
Qualifications
- Someone who genuinely cares about people and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, structured, and able to keep track of many moving parts.
- A calm problem‑solver who enjoys teamwork and multicultural environments.
- Someone who is not afraid of being hands‑on when needed.
- Has experience in hospitality.
