Regional Manager / Country Manager – Premium Health & Wellness Group

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per annum + performance bonus

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a premium health and wellness group, overseeing multiple sites across Italy. We’re looking for a Regional Manager / Country Manager who can combine strategic leadership with operational excellence, developing high‑performing teams and ensuring a consistent, premium experience across every club in the region.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving both commercial and operational performance at a multi‑site level. You’ll coach and support General Managers, set clear standards, and deliver structured improvement plans that strengthen service, culture, and financial results.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and developing General Managers across multiple clubs
  • Shaping operational strategy and ensuring consistent standards across all sites
  • Driving commercial performance, member experience, and long‑term growth
  • Implementing regional action plans and performance frameworks
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Building a positive, aligned leadership culture across your region
  • Supporting new club openings and expansion projects
  • Acting as the key link between the country region and senior leadership
