Overview

Country Manager ITA at RTB House. RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. The company is the market leader in driving performance using Deep Learning across the entire purchase funnel. Location: Milano (Italy).

Responsibilities
  • have full responsibility for RTB House performance in the Italian market;
  • implement both short-term and long-term market development strategy;
  • identify business expansion opportunities, analyse market potential and target new business of the highest value;
  • establish sales objectives and project expected sales volume and profit within the managed territory;
  • maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation;
  • build effective networks across business areas.
Qualifications
  • strong experience in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in Italy;
  • proven leadership skills in a fast paced environment;
  • experience in managing different teams (ideally sales, account management, technical account management);
  • business network, used to present to C level executives;
  • at least basic knowledge of retargeting and RTB model;
  • extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising/AdTech markets in Italy;
  • demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
  • demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • ability to apply and implement companies strategy autonomously;
  • self-motivation, initiative, and high energy;
  • creative problem-solving skills;
  • strong time management skills;
  • Italian language is a must;
  • fluency in English (C1 level).
