Country Manager – Solar Distribution (Italy)

Lead OSW’s expansion in Italy's booming solar market.

One Stop Warehouse (OSW) is Australia’s largest solar distributor and one of the fastest-growing renewable energy businesses worldwide. With operations across Australia, the Netherlands, Poland, Mexico, and the USA, we are now expanding further into Europe. We are seeking a Country Manager to establish and lead our Italy operations.

Your role
  • Take full responsibility for OSW’s Italy operations.
  • Lead sales, marketing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics functions.
  • Drive commercial growth while managing P&L, budgets, and reporting.
  • Develop strong customer and supplier relationships in the Italy solar sector.
  • Identify opportunities in one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy markets.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing local team while embedding OSW’s global culture.
What you bring (must-have)
  • Proven solar industry experience (distribution, EPC, manufacturing, or related).
  • Professional fluency in English, (written and spoken).
  • Senior management background with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
