Description

We are hiring at Klopotek for a Core Framework Developer to join our team in Gioia del Colle (BA), Italy!

We are looking for a developer who loves building the foundations others rely on. In this role, you will design and maintain shared frameworks and libraries that power multiple applications. You’ll collaborate with teams, ensure performance and scalability, and help shape the technical backbone of our products.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Design, develop, and maintain core frameworks and libraries that power multiple applications
• Build reusable components and services to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define framework requirements and architecture
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security of shared frameworks
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for framework usage
• Write clear technical documentation and guidelines for internal teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve framework‑related issues across different applicationsContinuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the framework ecosystem
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to streamline framework delivery
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Java, JPA, Hibernate, Spring or similar frameworks)
• Experience designing and maintaining shared frameworks or libraries used across multiple applications
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, modular design, and API development
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with authentication /authorization systems and integration with OpenID/Saml2
• Experience with Multitenancy/Multimandator
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Passion for building scalable, reusable solutions and improving developer experience
• Respect for existing architecture and processes, while bringing fresh ideas and improvement
