The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function. Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimise supply chain operations for our customers. The function is part of the Customer Service Department, driving services and systems that provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

How you create impact

• Help to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information between departments and with customers.
• Contribute to customer support activities regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.
• Compile, sort, and verify data is accurate before order entry and effectively solve potential problems and/or discrepancies.
• Investigate overdue and damaged shipments.
• Support to analyse complaints relating to billing or the service rendered, sending complaints for non-performance to the responsible services for investigations, and promptly updating customers.
