Global Contact Lenses Sourcing Project Manager

We are looking for a Global Contact Lenses Sourcing Project Manager who will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage global projects related to contact lenses sourcing at cross-regional level. This role ensures cost optimization, supplier financial performance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics.

Main responsibilities

• Project Management
  - Lead global sourcing projects for contact lenses from initiation to completion.
  - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Strategy, DTC, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance).
  - Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation.
• Reporting & Analytics
  - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance).
  - Perform spend analysis, market trend analysis, and risk assessments.
  - Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel) for data visualization and predictive analytics.
  - Price maintenance working with Sourcing Controlling.
• Supplier Relationship Management
  - Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
  - Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
