Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and reconciliations. Handle transactions and invoicing with third‑party vendors and distribution partners, oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable journals, perform bank reconciliations and manage payments.
• Oversee journal entries and ERP management. Maintain detailed records of revenues, costs, and cash flow, support preparation of financial statements for individual and consolidated entities, and assist in bookkeeping migration for newly acquired companies.
• Prepare financial reports. Produce accurate monthly financial reports, collaborate with the Reporting and Forecasting team on annual statements, and implement accounting automations.
• Provide audit support. Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and consultants for internal and external audits.
