EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, statistics, or engineering, with solid quantitative knowledge
• Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, management, measurement, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus

Additional qualifying experience includes:

• Analysis of ESG regulatory environment and best practices for financial institutions
• Implementation of ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3)
• Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates
• Understanding of sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB)
