You act as Luxembourg Grid Segment Compliance Officer and ensure overall compliance with applicable policies within the Encevo Group and the Creos Entities
You actively promote compliance awareness through communication channels and address compliance-related inquiries from various parties
You drive and follow-up on the implementation of a compliance program for Creos Entities compromising at a minimum business ethics, conflict of interest, anti-corruption and anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions and embargos
You develop a suitable compliance training program for Creos Entities tailored to the different subjects and audiences
You report regularly on compliance subjects to the CEO of Creos Luxembourg, the Creos Board of Directors, the Creos Management Committee and the Group Compliance Officer
You ensure that adequate compliance control processes are in place, conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure the implementation and monitoring of related risk mitigations actions
You address compliance issues and incidents and report them to the appropriate persons
You support the Group Internal Audit and Group Compliance in internal investigations
You assist the Unbundling Compliance Officer with compliance issues specific to the operation of energy network
You hold a university degree in Law or any related field
You have minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
You bring expertise in compliance and risk managementYou demonstrate a high level of engagement with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
