The role involves developing strategic compensation policies, analyzing remuneration processes, and managing incentives across the organization. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the HR team in a global setting.

Maire S.p.A. is a leading industrial group operating in approximately 50 countries through around 50 subsidiaries. The company is a global leader in the transformation of natural resources, with a strong focus on downstream oil & gas engineering, supported by robust technological and execution capabilities. Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition.

We are currently seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team and support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational compensation guidelines across all Group companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of strategic guidelines and initiatives related to the Group’s Compensation and Incentive Policies, particularly for Top Management;
  • Conduct analysis on remuneration and incentive policies across all Group companies, ensuring consistency and alignment of processes;
  • Manage the incentive process in collaboration with local HR departments;
  • Assist in the administration of long-term incentive plans, including equity-based schemes such as Share Ownership Plans;

Contribute to the preparation of the annual “Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid” and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings.

Candidate Profile
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in similar roles within structured and international environments;
  • Previous experience in listed companies is considered a relevant plus;
  • Flexible mindset and openness to change;
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
