As we expand, we’re looking for a Commercialista Leader to strengthen our finance and compliance operations and help scale our financial infrastructure from startup to leading industry player.
The Finance Lead will be responsible for leading all accounting, tax, and financial compliance functions. This role bridges strategic financial planning with operational excellence, ensuring the company meets all local tax and regulatory obligations while supporting growth.
Lead and manage accounting operations in compliance with Italian tax and financial laws (including IVA, F24, INPS, etc.).
Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
Advise the leadership team on financial strategy, tax optimization, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with external partners and internal departments (legal, product, etc.) on finance-related initiatives.
Implement and optimize internal financial controls and processes.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, tax advisory, or financial management.
~ Deep understanding of Italian GAAP and tax regulations.
~ Experience working with or advising fast‑growing startups, preferably in FinTech or tech sectors.
~ Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
~ Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
~ Familiarity with international accounting or reporting frameworks (IFRS, etc.).
