Your Role

This role focuses on building key relationships and securing contracts for our expanding Ground & Rail operations through a combination of direct and indirect sales techniques.

As a Business Development Expert, your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase sales. You will engage with both existing and potential clients, ensuring that our ground transport solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Ground/Transport operations and excel in executing high-impact sales strategies. Responsibilities
  • Execute and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ground & Rail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting your sales approach as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply persuasive negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset to overcome sales challenges.
  • Embrace a competitive, results-oriented attitude while working effectively within a team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within the transport sector with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ground transport industry and market dynamics.
