TEMSRL is looking for a Cluster Revenue Specialist to work in a young and dynamic environment, closely collaborating with the General Director and hotel operational managers. The resource will contribute to achieving company goals by monitoring hotel performance results, identifying trends, and developing pricing and inventory strategies. The role includes creating dashboard reports for dashboarding data in internal meetings and sharing insights with the business leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Analyze historical trends and future demand to define revenue, pricing, and positioning strategies.
  • Monitor competitors’ rates, strategies, and offers.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to build trustworthy relationships and create new partnerships.
  • Collect sales data from internal sources such as property management software, technology providers, social networks, and OTAs.
  • Configure PMS/ASA, map operators, and update XML connections.
  • Continuously communicate operational strategies and corporate objectives across departments.
  • Integrate external data sources (e.g., Google) and data from other company departments.
  • Identify relevant KPIs to assess performance accurately.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and dynamic dashboards.
Experience & Qualification
  • 2–3 years in a similar role in comparable settings.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency with major social networks, business profile, and data extraction.
  • Advanced Excel and Office skills.
  • Knowledge of major online travel agency extranet platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
