- Collaboration with Stakeholders — Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to drive business development and ensure the successful delivery of consulting services.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Leadership — Demonstrating IBM’s values and practices using a mix of leadership styles that create a positive climate within the team.
- Business analysis — Understanding complex or new situations, anticipating problems and identifying future needs; taking the initiative to implement new solutions and improvements. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive business objectives.
- Languages required — Italian, English
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in working with hyperscalers (Microsoft / AWS) and managing relationships directly with them.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and / or delivery functions, including Security Services.
- Over 5 years of experience in relationship management with key stakeholders (CxOs).
- Preferred : Consulting / Architecture acumen
- Thought leadership in hyperscaler security — across advisory, design & build, and managed services, with ability to lead / oversee solutioning and delivery of IBM Security’s cloud consulting engagements. Security Certifications in one or more hyperscaler platforms is desired.
- Eminence — networking and being known across IBM and industry / clients as a trusted advisor, to influence and guide them to engage IBM Security to transform their security, representing the competency at industry events by taking speaker opportunities.
