Are you passionate about cloud technologies and want to grow in challenging and impactful projects? We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related positions, strong technical skills, and the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the IT team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the organization.
  • Support the planning, design, and development of cloud-based applications.
  • Manage the cloud environment in accordance with the organization’s security guidelines.
  • Support the deployment and debugging of cloud initiatives following best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead and develop best practices for a larger cloud engineering team.
  • Build and design web services in the cloud.
  • Orchestrate and automate cloud-based platforms across the organization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position.
  • Relevant training and/or certification as a Cloud Engineer.
  • Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), PKI, OU structures and Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, VMWare.
  • Experience with SOA applications and cloud-based services, preferably AWS.
  • Experience working with OpenStack, Linux/UNIX, Rackspace, Docker, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC.
  • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
Desirable
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Certified AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack Administrator Certification.
  • Experience in software development using Java and Python.
  • Knowledge of Windows PowerShell 2.0.
  • Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development, and system engineering.
  • Database experience, including SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores such as Postgres.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team of engineers.
  • Strong interest in cloud engineering and its impact on broader business practices.
