A leading healthcare company in Italy is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to support electrophysiologists in complex procedures and manage stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, experience in the Electrophysiology sector, and a strong command of English and Italian. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, willingness to travel, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent scientific degree.
• Brilliant academic track record is preferred.
• Experience in Electrophysiology/Electrostimulation sector preferred.
• Good knowledge of both written and oral English and Italian.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
• Domicile or residence in Tuscany.
• Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
• Driving license B.

For more than 30 years, we’ve led in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment, and we continue to work with electrophysiologists to set new standards through onsite training, online courses and our global education centers.

We are expanding our team and seeking a new Clinical Support Specialist to take charge of Biosense Webster products in Tuscany. You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to deploy our commercial strategy in your territory, supported by a best-in-class training program for new joiners that covers technical and commercial skills.

In particular,

• Clinical Support Specialist must:

• support doctors and electrophysiologists in the ablation procedures of complex tachycardias through the use of the 3D CARTO electroanatomical mapping system in the Electrophysiology operating room;
• manage relations with all clinical stakeholders involved in the evaluation and purchase of the Division's products;
• support customers' needs, on problems arising in the use of products/systems, to resolve the situation and develop any alternative solutions;
• be constantly updated on the product/system portfolio present in the reference market;
• contribute to the provision of the training program relating to BW products, intended for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent scientific degree;
• A brilliant academic track record is preferred;
• A previous experience in Electrophysiology/Electrostimulation sector is preferred;
• Good knowledge of both written and oral English and Italian;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
• Domicile or residence in Tuscany;
• Willingness to travel throughout the Italian territory;
• Customer focus, results-driven attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Driving license B;
