Overview
Position: We are currently seeking for a CDM Manager based in Milan who will be responsible of managing and developing the CDM Strategy & VIP clients within our Milanese Boutique. As Client Development manager you will be at all times, a brand ambassador for Dior with all points of contact of the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the appropriate management and development of Clients, increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers and Client Development Specialists.
- Fully manage all strategic, operational and corporate events, propose and facilitate local events.
- Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained at all times in the events, client experiences and back-office activities.
- Follow up CRM KPI\'s and provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous improvement.
- Support the team to drive the strategy from the KPIs on the shop floor, provide trainings to the Sales team on Dior CRM Tools and coaching them during the clienteling hours.
- Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting.
- Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented.
- Full knowledge of back-office functions and boutique analysis.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, public speaking and relationship building skills.
- Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
- Commercial mindset.
- Excellent use of excel and good analytical skills.
- Previous experience within luxury fashion.
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluent in English.
