Job Description

Seeking a motivated Chief Stewardess for a busy 48‑metre motor yacht.

Chief Stewardess Position

48 m private and charter motor yacht — Permanent position starting ASAP.

We seek an experienced Chief Stewardess or a strong Second Stewardess ready to step up, confident in running a busy interior programme while maintaining high service standards and excellent guest care. Organised, calm, and composed under pressure, a natural leader who leads by example and is looking for longevity as part of a stable operation.

Young, energetic, and friendly crew onboard with strong teamwork and mutual respect, creating a positive and supportive working environment that values attitude, professionalism, and kindness.

Employment package includes Cayman SEA with full MLC compliance, comprehensive medical insurance and 38 days leave per year (structure to be discussed). Owner and charter use consists of owners onboard almost continuously in July and August (mainly at anchor), charter periods in June and September, limited static charter and occasional owner use in May and October, and very limited winter owner use (typically one weekend per year). Crew of 9‑10 (8 permanent), an interior team of a Chief Stew, two Stews, and one Chef. Wintering in Imperia, Italy, and cruising the Mediterranean during the summer.
