Serve as a visible business leader and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, influencing commercial, operational, and organizational strategies.

Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives, profitability, and cash flow targets.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and key KPI dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and long-term success.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and lead the annual audit process.

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, currency, and credit-related risks through effective risk management frameworks.

Lead, mentor, and strengthen a high-performing finance team, driving a collaborative, results-oriented culture and attracting top talent.

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success as a CFO or senior finance leader within a technology-focused or similarly complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex financial operations in a global business environment.
• Proficiency with systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
