Job Description:
What challenges can you expect?
- Supervision of general accounting and monthly and year-end closings. Balance sheet account reconciliation;
- Weekly and monthly reporting to HQ (sales, cash flow, P&L and closing balance sheet);
- Preparation of statutory financial statements according to Italian GAAP, including Notes to the Financial Statements and Management Report. Operational support for corporate compliance (Board and Shareholders' meeting minutes);
- Management of relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and external authorities;
- Oversight of tax deadlines and compliance obligations;
- Operational coordination of the administrative team (3 people);
- Support to the Finance Manager in monthly reporting and project-based activities;
- Treasury management;
- Inventory accounting for statutory and tax purposes;
- Fixed asset management;
- Monitoring of customer contracts and calculation of sales-based bonuses;
- Management of professional compensation certifications;
- Insurance management;
- Contribution to the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in Economics or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in an auditing firm;
- Good English for communication with HQ;
- At least 3 years of experience in administration and statutory reporting in industrial settings;
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and expertise in preparing statutory financial statements;
- Ability to gain team trust, support the team technically and guide them through change;
- Hands-on and pragmatic approach;
- Willingness to share knowledge and best practices into the team and cross functions;
